TOOLING & MOULD DEVELOPMENT
For larger or highly complex moulds, we collaborate with a trusted international tooling partner. These moulds are built to our design specifications and undergo full inspection and testing before being commissioned in our production facility.
INJECTION MOULDING & MANUFACTURING
Our production facility is equipped with injection moulding machines ranging from 80 to 1,500 tons, allowing us to manufacture components of various sizes and complexities with precision and consistency. Located in a load-shedding-free zone, our operations run continuously — ensuring uninterrupted production, reliable delivery schedules, and consistent quality.
HEAT TRANSFER & PRINTING
Our heat transfer and printing services allow us to apply your brand directly to moulded products with precision and consistency. Branding adds your company’s logo, name, or design to a product to support identification and marketing, using techniques such as heat transfer, pad printing and screen printing. By performing this work in‑house, we maintain strict quality control while ensuring faster turnaround times and cost‑effective production. This combination means your products leave our facility fully finished and ready to represent your brand in the market.
PACKAGING & ASSEMBLY
